Requirement of avoiding ESD

Revolutionary ESD Paint Technology Using Polymeric Conductive Additives
Currently, most ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) materials are manufactured through high-temperature molding processes, such as for bins, crates, and containers. These conventional products typically use carbon-based materials or metal oxides blended with insulating polymers. Such systems rely on particle-to-particle contact to provide electrical continuity, resulting in non-uniform and unstable conductivityover time.
In contrast, our innovative ESD paint technology utilizes polymeric conductive additives instead of carbon or metal particles. This key advancement ensures uniform and permanent electrical conductivity across coated surfaces. This is a world-firsttechnology and has the potential to disrupt and replace existing molded or coated ESD solutions.
